Kotak Mahindra Bank, Mumbai, India

Led the marketing analytics and CRM-led campaign management, where I developed data-driven strategies, created customer segments, and executed multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp) using Adobe Campaign. I optimised targeting and engagement through A/B testing and analytics, achieving an increase in response rates and business revenue.

Customer Insight  Manager

ICICI Bank, Mumbai, India

Designed and executed Marketing campaigns using advanced analytics techniques like customer segmentation, LTV modelling, and behavioural analysis to drive acquisition, boost engagement, and enhance cross-sell and up-sell strategies. I developed a Channel Preference Model that improved customer response rates and implemented behavioural triggers for proactive engagement. 

Digital Campaigns Manager

Led cross-sell, up-sell, and retention initiatives through portfolio and behavioural analysis. Designed targeted campaigns for underperforming segments and improved conversions via A/B-tested landing pages and remarketing funnels. Developed end-to-end promotional and marketing assets for debit card campaigns across both digital and physical channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
